Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zero Budget Pro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zero Budget Pro is a web-based personal finance and budgeting application. It allows users to track income, allocate funds to envelope categories, record transactions, and manage recurring bills across one or more workspaces. The Service is currently in private beta.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• During the private beta, access is by invitation only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data on behalf of third parties as a bureau service.
• Conduct load testing, scraping, or automated bulk operations without prior written consent.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at time of purchase. All prices are stated exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your country of residence.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion for charges made in error. If you downgrade, your plan changes at the end of the current billing period.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" during the private beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice (except in emergencies).

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Zero Budget Pro platform (excluding your data) are the property of Zero Budget Pro and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Budget Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Zero Budget Pro is a budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
